QC Engineer

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related disciplines. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, including at least 3 years in interior decoration. Experience in luxury villa or high end residential projects is highly preferred. * Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate fluently and prepare professional reports and correspondence. * Solid understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and approval workflows. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and execute daily on\-site quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations. * Conduct inspections, prepare quality documentation, and manage submission of inspection requests. * Coordinate closely with the supervision/consultant team on all quality related matters, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. * Support continuous improvement of on\-site quality management processes and contribute to maintaining high construction standards.
