**About The Role** We are seeking an experienced Proposals Engineer (Civil) to support the preparation of competitive and technically bids for civil works related to construction, maintenance, and brownfield shutdown and retrofit projects. The role requires strong expertise in tender review, cost estimation, risk identification, and coordination to support winning proposals. The role requires strong expertise in tender review, cost estimation, risk identification, and coordination to support winning proposals. **Key Responsibilities** * Review ITBs, tender documents, and contracts to identify civil scope requirements, obligations, and commercial risks * Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work to develop accurate civil cost estimates * Support Proposal Managers by following defined execution and bidding strategies * Supervise and guide Estimation Engineers to ensure reliable, competitive, and timely civil estimates * Evaluate and verify technical and commercial submissions for accuracy and completeness prior to management review * Review key technical proposal documents, including: i. Project schedules ii. Project organization charts iii. Resource deployment plans * Method statements and civil execution methodologies * Review key commercial documents, including: * Bid packages * Client price schedules and cost breakdowns * Ensure final pricing and quantities are accurately transferred into client\-defined formats Support post\-bid clarifications and contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s civil bidding and estimation systems **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute * At least 7\-8 years of experience in civil construction, retrofit maintenance, or shutdown \& brownfield projects * Strong hands\-on experience in civil estimation, quantity take\-offs, and cost analysis **Required Skills** * Strong expertise in tender review * Cost estimation * Risk identification * Coordination skills * Experience in brownfield projects * Microsoft Excel
