***Key Responsibilities***
**Sales Generation**: Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets.
**Client Relations**: Build and maintain long\-term relationships specifically with UAE and international investors and end\-users.
**Property Presentations**: Conduct professional viewings and high\-level presentations for clients.
**Expert Advisory**: Provide strategic advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis.
**Market Insight**: Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.
***Qualifications***
**Language**: Native or professional fluency in English Arabic or any European Languages with excellent command
**Experience**: Proven track record in sales (UAE real estate experience is a significant advantage) but not mandatory
**Soft Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities.
**Knowledge**: Familiarity with UAE property laws and market procedures is preferred not mandatory
