Project Site Engineer

**Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Civil Engineer/Project Engineer for site supervision at Al Shandagha Architects \& Engineering Consultants in Dubai. The role involves tasks such as Civil Engineering, Site Development, and Quality Control. **Qualifications** * Civil \- Site supervision experience in Villas and Buildings * Quality Control skills * Experience in civil engineering projects * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills * Effective communication and teamwork abilities * Project management experience is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field • Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders. • Provide technical support during the construction supervision phase, addressing any issues that arise. • Drive progression via coordination meetings, ensuring all structural obligations are met. • Liaise with contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with requirements. Knowledge and Experience: • 5\-7 years of experience\-Site supervision experience in Villas and Buildings. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. • Excellent project management and coordination skills, including experience overseeing the work of contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
