Project - Ǫuality Incharge

**ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose Of The Role)** The Quality In\-Charge supports the Head \- Quality in managing and standardising quality control practices at the projects. **Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities** * Prepare job\-specific quality plans * Facilitate RMC mix Design Trials/ approvals * Deploy PQP at sites through orientation/training * Process control and inspections as per ITP * Monitor Quality performance through audits * Monitor Corrective \& Preventive actions and follow up for closure * Verify \& maintain calibration records of all testing equipment * Liaison with Customer on Quality\-related matters * Report quality performance, status of deviation and corrective actions in the site reviews * Third\-party/Vendor inspections * Troubleshooting in Quality matter **Knowledge And Experience** **Qualifications:** BE/B.Tech in Civil **Language:** Proficient in English **Experience** * 10\+ years in QC, with 5\+ years in deep foundation works / marine projects * Strong knowledge of QC processes, materials testing, and inspection techniques
