**Job Description — Project Manager (2–4 Years Experience)** **Position:** Project Manager **Experience Required:** 2–4 Years **Type:** Full\-time (On\-Site) **Location:** Block F2, Johar Town, Lahore **Timings:** 12 PM \- 9 PM **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** with strong ownership mindset who can manage software development projects end\-to\-end. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a **service\-oriented software company**, coordinating with cross\-functional teams, handling clients, and delivering quality outcomes within timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously (.NET, Angular, React, Java). * Collaborate with development teams, QA engineers, business stakeholders, and senior management to ensure smooth project execution. * Create detailed project plans, define milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and maintain excellent communication throughout project lifecycle. * Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and maintain Agile practices. * Identify project risks, resolve blockers, and escalate critical issues when needed. * Monitor performance of team members and provide constructive feedback. * Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and delivery\-related artifacts. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * **2–4 years of proven experience in Project Management** within a software development or IT services company. * Prior experience working with teams developing applications using **.NET, Angular, React, or Java**. * Ability to lead developers and cross\-functional individuals. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience handling client communication independently. * Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and modern project management practices. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Experience using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Azure DevOps is a plus. Must have **knowledge of AI tools** to simplify daily tasks and workflows. * Should be able to use **AI to automate processes** and speed up project delivery. * Candidates who transitioned from **SQA/Business Analyst/Non\-technical backgrounds** and grew into project delivery roles are highly preferred. **Nice to Have** * PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications. * Experience working on web\-based or SaaS projects. * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, or version control systems. **Why Join Us?** At our company, we believe that great work deserves great rewards.
