We are growing rapidly across the UAE and are hiring a **Project Manager** to help coordinate key initiatives across technology, operations, product, and employer integrations. You’ll work closely with teams in **Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Toronto, and London,** and play a central role in how projects move from idea to execution. Role Overview This role is perfect for someone with **3–5 years** of project delivery experience who enjoys creating structure, driving clarity, and keeping cross\-functional teams aligned. You’ll manage projects such as: * AI and platform enhancement rollouts * API integrations with enterprise employers * Process optimization and automation initiatives * Internal launch and implementation projects Your work will directly support expansion across the Middle East and global markets. **What You’ll Do** * Plan, organize, and track project timelines and deliverables * Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, and leadership * Document requirements, milestones, risks, and dependencies * Lead regular project check\-ins and status reviews * Identify roadblocks early and help teams remove them * Maintain clear communication and visibility across all teams * Prepare concise updates and dashboards for leadership * Contribute to improving PM frameworks, templates, and workflows **What We’re Looking For** * **2–5 years** of experience as a **Project Manager / Coordinator / Delivery Lead** * Experience working in tech, SaaS, digital, or startup environments * Strong ability to translate ideas into plans, tasks, and timelines * Comfortable working alongside engineers, designers, and product managers * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented * Experience with tools such as **Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello** * **Based in the UAE** and available to work UAE business hours **Nice to Have** * Exposure to HR tech, ATS, or AI\-powered products * Understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks * Prior experience working in distributed or remote teams What You’ll Gain * Competitive compensation: **AED 38,000 – AED 55,000 per month** * Internal role inside a fast\-growing AI technology company * Hybrid flexibility within the UAE * Meaningful ownership over high\-visibility projects * Growth path toward **Senior Project Manager or Program Manager** How to Apply \- Priority Review This is an **active and time\-sensitive** opening.
