Job Description
TJB\- 9/8 The Renukoot region consists of rapidly growing industrial pockets surrounded by economically backward villages and urban settlements with complex developmental needs. Recent assessments by Hindalco and the district administration have highlighted urgent gaps in sanitation, health services, waste management systems, basic infrastructure, and employability skills among youth. The approved special CSR budget calls for fast\-track project execution, requiring deep coordination with Nagar Panchayats, district departments, contractors, NGOs, and community institutions. The jobholder must operate in a context of diverse socio\-economic conditions, varying levels of community readiness, bureaucratic delays, fund mobilisation challenges, and expectations from workers’ families, local influencers, and civic bodies. Urban waste management needs systemic strengthening; public health interventions must address hygiene challenges; infrastructure gaps demand multi\-stakeholder coordination; and skilling initiatives must align with local aspirations. The role also has to manage compliance under the Companies Act, accurate documentation, and audit\-ready reporting. **Major Challenges Include** – Ensuring visible impact in accelerated timelines – Aligning multiple stakeholders and government bodies – Navigating community sensitivities and aspirations – Managing project scale across multiple locations – Ensuring documentation, MIS, compliance and impact measurement standards – Maintaining high goodwill to support business continuity and harmonious union relations * Principal Accountabilities **Accountability** Supporting Actions * Project Planning, Implementation \& Monitoring * Develop annual and quarterly plans for all special CSR initiatives. * Lead execution across four priority areas: Public Health \& Sanitation, Urban Waste Management, Infrastructure, and Education \& Skills. * Conduct baseline assessments, SWOT, feasibility and mid\-course corrections. * Coordinate with implementation partners, ABRTP teams and municipal bodies for timely delivery. * Ensure project quality, compliance, documentation and reporting. Track progress through structured reviews, MIS and field monitoring. * Stakeholder Engagement \& Laisioning * Liaise with district administration, Nagar Panchayat, BDO offices, PRIs and relevant govt. departments. * Build strong partnerships with NGOs, agencies, training institutions and vendors. * Organize structured meetings with community stakeholders to manage expectations. * Facilitate community participation and ownership to ensure sustainability of interventions.. * Documentaion and Reporting * Prepare periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) CSR progress reports for leadership and compliance. * Maintain documentation related to approvals, budgets, statutory compliance and audits. * Develop MIS tools to track project progress, fund utilization and impact metrics. * Create case studies, success stories and thematic reports for internal \& external dissemination. * Image Building \& Impact Measurement * Implement visibility initiatives highlighting CSR work in the locality. * Establish KPIs and frameworks for impact measurement across all project domains. * Showcase outcomes through dashboards, infographics and stakeholder communication. * Compliances * 1\. Ensure all CSR activities comply with Companies Act Schedule VII and internal governance norms. * Maintain audit\-ready documentation, vendor compliance, due diligence and approvals. * Support risk mitigation through transparent processes and adherence to protocols.
