Project Engineer - Luxury Villa Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented **Project Engineer** **/ Site Engineer** (Minimum 5 years in site engineer role) to join our clients team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects. * Job Title: **Project Engineer (5\+ years of civil construction site experience and Villa experience is a must)** * Location: Dubai * Work Type: Permanent, Full Time **Qualifications \& Experience** * **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering** (mandatory). * **5–7 years of experience** as a Site Engineer/Project Engineer in **building construction projects (Villa experience is a must)** . * Proven experience handling Variations, Claims, and EOT documentation. * Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods. * Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. * Proficient in MS Office and site management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project preferred). **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor day\-to\-day construction site activities to ensure work is carried out as per design, specifications, and project schedule. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables. * Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project standards. * Prepare and maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates. * Identify, document, and support the preparation of Variation Orders, Claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
