**About the Role**
We are hiring a
**Project Engineer / Assistant System Integrator**
to drive site\-level execution of integration projects. You will support the Project Manager by coordinating on\-site activities, supervising installations, and ensuring that IT, AV, and Security systems are commissioned to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Technical Coordination:**
Support the installation and integration of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and AV displays.
* **Site Supervision:**
Manage daily on\-site activities, ensuring contractors adhere to approved drawings and BOQs.
* **Testing \& Commissioning:**
Conduct hands\-on testing and handover procedures for all integrated systems.
* **Documentation:**
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, technical submittals, and accurate As\-Built documentation.
* **Inter\-team Liaison:**
Coordinate between vendors, suppliers, and the main project office to resolve site\-level technical bottlenecks.
**Qualifications \& Experience**
* **Education:**
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Telecom Engineering.
* **Experience:**
3–6 years in System Integration or ELV projects.
* **Regional Experience:**
Previous experience on UAE\-based projects is preferred.
* **Technical Skills:**
Hands\-on experience with IP networking (switches/routers), CCTV, and AV cabling.
* **Brands:**
Familiarity with Hikvision, Hanwha (CCTV); Cisco (Networking); or Crestron/Extron (AV).
