Project Development Lawyer

**Project Development / Construction Associate – 2–4 PQE** A leading international law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded Project Development / Construction Associate to join its highly regarded Projects team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major infrastructure and energy developments across the GCC, with a strong focus on non\-contentious construction and project development matters. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts, PPAs, and related project documentation * Supporting developers, sponsors, and lenders on project structuring and delivery * Assisting with legal due diligence for infrastructure and energy investments * Advising on risk allocation and contractual frameworks for large\-scale projects * Working closely with partners and senior associates on major regional mandates **Candidate Profile:** * Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE in non\-contentious construction or project development * Experience advising on infrastructure and/or energy projects (regional experience advantageous) * Strong drafting skills and a good understanding of risk allocation principles * Commercially aware with strong communication and organisational skills * Motivated, collaborative, and keen to develop within a leading projects practice **What’s on Offer:** * The opportunity to join a top\-tier international law firm with a leading energy and infrastructure practice in the Middle East * Exposure to high\-profile regional projects across energy and transport sectors * A supportive, high\-performing team environment * Clear progression pathway and strong development opportunities If you’re looking to build your projects practice within a market\-leading Middle East team, we would welcome a confidential discussion.
