We are seeking an experienced and dynamic academic leader for the position of **Principal** who can guide the institution towards academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and institutional growth. Position Overview The Principal will be responsible for providing **strategic academic leadership, administrative oversight, and regulatory compliance** for the Education Department. The role requires strong leadership in faculty development, curriculum implementation, accreditation processes, and institutional quality enhancement. Key Responsibilities * Provide **academic and administrative leadership** to the Education Department. * Ensure compliance with **NCTE, UGC, NAAC, and affiliating university regulations** . * Lead **curriculum planning, academic development, and faculty mentoring** . * Strengthen **research, seminars, workshops, and teacher training initiatives** . * Oversee **IQAC activities, accreditation processes, and quality assurance mechanisms** . * Manage **student academic progress, discipline, and institutional policies** . * Coordinate with management and regulatory bodies for **institutional development and approvals** . * Promote **innovative teaching practices, digital learning, and community outreach programs** . Essential Qualifications * **Postgraduate Degree in a relevant subject with minimum 55% marks** . * **M.Ed. with minimum 55% marks** . * **Ph.D. in Education or relevant discipline (Preferred/Desirable)** . * Minimum **10–15 years of teaching experience in teacher education** , including **administrative experience at senior level** . * Strong knowledge of **NCTE norms, NAAC accreditation framework, and higher education regulations** . Desired Skills * Strong **academic leadership and institutional management abilities** . * Experience in **NAAC accreditation, IQAC operations, and academic audits** . * Excellent **communication, policy implementation, and administrative skills** . * Ability to promote **research culture and faculty development programs** .
