Join us in creating a positive and enriching educational experience for young minds. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role located in the Ghotki District for a Preschool Teacher. In this role, you will develop and execute lesson plans tailored for preschool\-aged children. Responsibilities include creating an engaging and nurturing atmosphere, designing and implementing curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards, observing and assessing student progress, and fostering effective communication between the school and parents. You will also support children's social, emotional, and educational development through interactive learning and play activities. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development * Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching * Strong Communication skills to collaborate with parents, students, and colleagues * Patient, creative, and nurturing demeanor to effectively engage with young children * Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field * Relevant teaching certifications or licensure are a plus
