The ideal candidate should create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young learners while supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development in accordance with the ICSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver age\-appropriate lessons and activities for pre\-primary students. * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. * Support the holistic development of children through play\-based learning. * Monitor and assess students’ progress and maintain records of development. * Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and well\-being. * Organize classroom activities, storytelling, art, music, and movement sessions. * Ensure classroom safety and maintain discipline in a caring manner. * Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with NTT / Montessori / ECCEd certification. * Prior experience in a pre\-primary or early years setting preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
