**About the Role** We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Contract / Employment Agreement Lawyer** to support our team with drafting, reviewing, and managing employment agreements for healthcare professionals, including Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, and other clinical staff. This role will focus primarily on **U.S. healthcare employment contracts** and related legal documentation. The ideal candidate has strong experience in **contract law, employment agreements, and legal documentation** , with the ability to ensure compliance and clarity in all contractual arrangements. **Key Responsibilities** * Draft, review, and revise **employment agreements and independent contractor agreements** for healthcare professionals. * Prepare and manage **physician and psychiatrist employment contracts** . * Ensure contracts comply with **U.S. legal and healthcare regulations** where applicable. * Review contract terms related to **compensation, termination clauses, non\-compete agreements, and liability** . * Provide legal guidance on **contract structure and risk mitigation** . * Maintain organized documentation and version control for all agreements. * Identify potential legal risks and propose contract improvements when necessary. **Requirements** * **LLB / LLM** or equivalent law degree. * **3\+ years of experience** in contract drafting or employment law. * Strong knowledge of **contract law and employment agreements** . * Experience with **healthcare contracts or physician agreements** is highly preferred. * Excellent attention to detail and strong legal writing skills. * Ability to work independently in a **remote environment** . * Proficiency in **legal documentation and contract review processes** . **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with **U.S. healthcare organizations** . * Familiarity with **telehealth agreements and provider contracts** . * Experience reviewing **physician compensation structures and employment terms** .
