\- A passion for working with young children and a genuine love for teaching.
\- Previous experience working with preschool\-aged children preferred.
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Creativity, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
\- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children on their level.
\- Relevant education or certification in early childhood education is a plus.
