This is an on\-site role for a detail\-oriented professional who can support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across construction activities. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for monitoring timelines, tracking progress, coordinating with relevant teams, and helping ensure that project milestones are achieved efficiently and in line with overall development objectives. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with site teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution. **Qualifications** * Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum **5 years of experience** in planning and coordination * Strong understanding of project scheduling and execution tracking * Ability to coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors * Good command over reporting, monitoring, and timeline management * Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills * Experience on large\-scale commercial or mixed\-use projects will be an advantage
