Planning Engineer

Position: Planning Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi \| Job Type: Full time **Company:** Injaz National Group Enterprise L.L.C is a UAE\-based company specializing in road infrastructure, traffic systems, and metal industries. **Role Overview** We are currently hiring a **Planning Engineer** to join our team in Abu Dhabi, supporting ongoing **road infrastructure projects** . This role requires hands\-on experience in planning, scheduling, and project control within the UAE market, with preference for candidates familiar with **ADNOC standards and approvals** . **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum **10 years of experience** in UAE (road infrastructure projects) * Strong experience in project planning \& scheduling * Exposure to **ADNOC projects / approvals is highly preferred** * Proficiency in **Primavera P6** (mandatory) * Solid understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and cost tracking * Strong coordination skills with project teams, consultants, and clients **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 * Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks * Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies when required * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams * Generate weekly/monthly progress reports * Ensure alignment with project milestones, deadlines, and budgets * Support project management in planning decisions and forecasting We value a diverse and inclusive workforce, believing it drives our success.
