**Position Title:** Physics Teacher (ISC Curriculum) **School:** St. John Universal School **Board:** ISCE/ISC **Classes:** Grades IX – XII **Location:** Goregoan **Employment Type:** Full\-time Key Responsibilities * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in alignment with the ISC curriculum and CISCE guidelines. * Develop students’ conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and scientific temperament. * Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments as per academic schedules. * Conduct practical laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols and proper use of equipment. * Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, practical exams, and provide constructive feedback. * Prepare students for ISC examinations with effective revision strategies and exam\-oriented teaching. * Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, and student progress reports. * Participate in parent\-teacher meetings, staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs. * Contribute to curriculum enrichment activities such as science exhibitions, projects, and Olympiads. * Uphold school policies, discipline, and ethical standards at all times. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree a related field. * B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory). * Prior experience teaching ISC Biology at the secondary or senior secondary level is preferred. Skills \& Competencies * Strong subject knowledge of Biology (as per ISC syllabus). * Excellent communication and classroom management skills. * Ability to use modern teaching methodologies and educational technology. * Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. * Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
