We are currently searching for a passionate, dedicated and driven **Specialty Sales Representative Cardiovascular** . This field\-based customer\-facing position will be responsible for accelerating and delivering territory business performance of the cardiovascular portfolio through effective business planning, execution excellence with a strong focus on cross\-functional collaboration. Location: **Atlantic provinces** Reports To: **Regional Sales Manager** **Major Accountabilities** * Deliver results by achieving and surpassing territory sales objectives for the territory. * Promote the cardiovascular product portfolio and services to healthcare professionals, primarily specialists, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists, through impactful and targeted interactions. * Develop a rigorous sales plan and ensure flawless execution through close collaboration with cross\-functional teams. * Proactively monitor territory performance using key metrics, analyze success factors and obstacles, and identify concrete opportunities for improvement. * Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, and up\-to\-date knowledge of scientific literature and guidelines to contribute effectively to discussions. * Represent HLS as an innovative, ethical company focused on the needs of patients and the medical community. **Qualifications** * University degree in Science or Business * At least 5 years of sales experience in the industry, with at least 2 years with specialty sales * Valid driver's license. **Competencies** * Communicates clearly and adapts messaging to different audiences and contexts. * Asks relevant questions and follows up to support effective decision‑making. * Demonstrates adaptability, openness, and flexibility in changing situations. * Takes initiative, uses resources effectively, and drives results. * Delivers responsive, high‑quality service tailored to customer needs. * Identifies opportunities, shows innovation, and contributes to business growth. * Analyzes information to identify key issues and make sound decisions. * Manages time and priorities efficiently. * Challenges current practices and proposes practical, innovative solutions. * Sets ambitious goals and works confidently toward achieving them. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and dashboards. **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive market\-based salary (midpoint: $129,500\), based on proven experience and internal equity * Sales incentive plan * Company car * Group insurance: health, dental, STD/LTD, life, dependent life, AD\&D, and EAP * Retirement programs: voluntary RRSP and DPSP * Up to 5 weeks of vacation, prorated based on start date, role, and tenure **Equal Opportunity Statement** —HLS Therapeutics Inc. is committed to promoting equal employment opportunities and adhering to all applicable accessibility laws.
