**Job Role:** PGT (English) **Location:** Sector 70A, Gurgaon **Key Responsibilities:** **Curriculum Planning and Implementation:** * Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. * Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning. * Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience. **Classroom Management:** * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. * Manage and maintain discipline within the classroom. * Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities. **Assessment and Evaluation:** * Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress. * Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments. * Organize and participate in parent\-teacher meetings to discuss student performance. **Student Development:** * Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students. * Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills. * Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth. **Professional Development:** * Stay updated on the latest developments in English language and literature education. * Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills. * Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources. **School Activities:** * Actively participate in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities. * Support the school's vision and mission in all aspects of teaching and learning. **Qualifications:** * **Master's and Bachelor’s degree in English.** * B.Ed. is mandatory. * Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
