The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance testing strategies to ensure the scalability, stability, and reliability of enterprise applications. ### **Key Responsibilities** Design and execute **performance, load, stress, and endurance tests** using LoadRunner. Develop and maintain **performance test scripts and scenarios**. Analyze test results and identify **performance bottlenecks**. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to **optimize application performance**. Monitor system metrics and provide **detailed performance reports and recommendations**. Support **performance tuning and capacity planning activities**. Ensure applications meet **performance benchmarks and SLAs**. ### **Required Skills \& Qualifications** Strong experience in **performance engineering and testing methodologies**. Hands\-on experience with **LoadRunner and performance testing tools**. Knowledge of **web protocols, APIs, and distributed systems**. Experience analyzing **server, application, and database performance metrics**. Familiarity with **SQL and scripting languages**. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with **monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or AppDynamics**. Knowledge of **cloud environments such as AWS or Azure**. Experience working in **Agile or DevOps environments**.
