**What we are looking for**
Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a proactive and people\-focused People Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your HR experience in a role that blends operational excellence with hands\-on recruitment responsibilities.
You’ll be a trusted partner to managers across the business, supporting them with day\-to\-day HR matters, driving recruitment campaigns, and contributing to key people initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a great employee experience.
We are looking for someone who is confident in managing their own client group and acting as a trusted People Partner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as the first point of contact for line managers on HR queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
* Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters across our head office population, and field\-based colleagues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
* Foster a positive working environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
* Lead end\-to\-end recruitment processes, from drafting job adverts to onboarding successful candidates.
* Support global HR initiatives and ensure they are implemented at local level.
* Support HR operations including contracts, changes, and data accuracy.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of people initiatives such as engagement, wellbeing, and diversity \& inclusion.
* Collaborate with the wider HR team and internal stakeholders on projects and continuous improvement activities.
**About You**
* Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Confident managing recruitment processes and advising on hiring decisions.
* Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
