**What would you do?**
**About the role:**
The People Operations Manager is responsible for leading Sightview’s talent acquisition strategy, benefits administration, new hire onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures that every employee from first interaction as a candidate through ongoing engagement has a consistent, inclusive, and positive experience aligned with Sightview’s mission, culture, and growth objectives.
This role partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross\-functional teams to attract top talent, streamline onboarding processes, and foster an engaged, high\-performing workforce within a regulated IT healthcare environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Talent Acquisition \& Recruiting**
* Lead full\-cycle recruiting for technical, corporate, and healthcare\-adjacent roles.
* Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
* Develop and manage job postings, sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and interview processes.
* Ensure a positive, compliant, and inclusive candidate experience from application through offer acceptance.
* Track and report recruiting metrics (time\-to\-fill, candidate quality, hiring trends).
**Benefits Administration**
* Design and implement a variety of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
* Customize benefits offerings to meet the unique needs and regulations of each country or region while maintaining a consistent global framework.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with benefits providers and vendors to ensure cost\-effectiveness and high\-quality services.
* Collaborate with vendors to manage the administration of benefits programs and resolve any issues.
* Plan and manage the global open enrollment process, ensuring smooth and accurate enrollment for employees in various locations.
* Collaborate with wellness programs to promote employee health and well\-being, addressing both physical and mental health needs
* Stay up to date with international benefits regulations, laws, and compliance requirements in different countries.
* Ensure that benefits programs adhere to local laws while maintaining alignment with the organization's global policies.
**Onboarding \& New Hire Experience**
* Own and continuously improve Sightview’s end\-to\-end onboarding process.
* Coordinate pre\-boarding, orientation, systems access, and compliance training (HIPAA, cybersecurity, HR policies).
* Partner with IT, Security, and leadership to ensure new hires are productive and engaged from day one.
* Monitor onboarding effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and data.
**Employee Engagement \& Culture**
* Design and lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback loops, recognition programs, and team\-building activities.
* Support internal communications and culture\-building efforts that reinforce Sightview’s values.
* Partner with leaders to address engagement trends, retention risks, and workforce morale.
* Promote inclusion, belonging, and collaboration across a remote and distributed workforce.
**People Operations \& Compliance Support**
* Support HR operations related to employee lifecycle events (role changes, transfers, offboarding).
* Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices align with employment laws and healthcare IT compliance requirements.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems related to recruiting and onboarding.
* Collaborate with HR leadership on process improvement, reporting, and people analytics.
**Skills and qualifications (mandatory):**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5\+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits Administration or HR leadership roles.
* Demonstrated success in full\-cycle recruiting and onboarding program management.
* Experience working in technology, SaaS, healthcare, or regulated environments.
* Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
* Experience supporting remote or multi\-state workforces.
* Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
**Skills and qualifications (preferred):**
* Familiarity with HIPAA, cybersecurity awareness, and healthcare IT compliance.
* Experience designing employee engagement or employee experience programs.
