Job Description
**Position:**
Talent Ops Manager

**Role Responsibilities**
* Run large\-scale, high\-velocity onboarding for distributed talent cohorts.
* Activate and manage global talent pools supporting AI training and data operations.
* Build and maintain strong, trust\-based relationships with enterprise clients.
* Anticipate and resolve operational blockers with speed and clarity.
* Drive customer success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments.
* Track and report weekly performance metrics and milestones with high signal.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience managing large\-scale onboarding and distributed teams.
* Strong client communication and customer management skills.
* Deep ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
* Comfort leading 100\+ contributors in remote environments.
* Data\-driven approach with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
* Excellent written communication skills—clear, structured, and direct.
