People Manager

Our client is a fast\-growing, PE\-backed global technology company at an exciting stage of their journey. With customers across more than 80 countries and a truly international team, they are scaling rapidly — and are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to support their EMEA business. **The Role** This is a hands\-on, mid\-level People Partner role supporting managers and employees across multiple countries in EMEA. You'll act as a trusted advisor to the business, combining day\-to\-day operational HR with genuine strategic input. Embedded in the region, you'll work closely with leaders to drive performance, navigate employee relations, and help shape a high\-performing, engaged workforce. **What You'll Be Doing** * Partnering with managers across EMEA to provide proactive, commercially\-minded HR support * Managing employee relations matters across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local employment law and best practice * Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies across the region * Overseeing benefits administration for EMEA (with this transitioning to a dedicated Benefits Manager in due course) * Acting as a true strategic partner to the business — helping leaders think through people challenges and opportunities, not just processing HR **What We're Looking For** * Solid HR generalist or People Partner experience gained within a global technology or software company * Demonstrable experience managing ER matters and navigating employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries * Familiarity with benefits administration, with the ability to hand this off smoothly as the function matures * Comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level * Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholders * Based in the UK (strongly preferred), or Germany, the Netherlands, or France **Why This Role?** You'll be joining a collaborative global People team within a company at a genuinely exciting point in its growth.
