Job Description
We are hiring for a well established business in Dubai to hire a People Manager.
This person will lead the organisation’s HR strategy, ensuring the business has the right structure, talent, and performance culture to support growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead people strategy aligned with business objectives
* Drive organisational design and restructuring initiatives
* Implement workforce planning and performance management systems
* Ensure compliance with local labour laws
* Partner with senior leadership on talent, performance, and organisational effectiveness
**Key Skills**
* Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources or related field
* CIPD or additional qualifications preferred
* 8–10 years HR experience, with knowledge of the construction sector
* Strong experience in Organisational Design and workforce planning
* Working knowledge of UAE \& KSA Labour Laws
* Proven experience supporting leadership teams and managing HR in complex environments.
