**About the Role**
We are seeking a
**Patient Support Representative**
to join our growing healthcare operations team. The ideal candidate will have

**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and compassionate manner.
* Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general support questions.
* Maintain accurate call records and patient communication logs.
* Coordinate with internal teams (billing, prior authorization, customer support) to resolve patient issues efficiently.
* Follow up on outstanding patient concerns to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
* Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
**Qualifications**
* **1–3 years of experience**
in patient support, healthcare customer service, or a related field.
* **Excellent English communication skills**
(verbal and written) are essential.
* Strong listening, empathy, and problem\-solving skills.
* Experience in
**medical billing or prior authorization**
processes is a plus.
* Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, or EHR platforms.
