Our client Gumcorp (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a Part\-Time Urdu Language Instructor in Karachi We have a part\-time vacancy for Urdu Language Instructor. The successful candidate will demonstrate high proficiency in the Urdu language and possess a strong academic foundation, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urdu. This role requires a skilled educator with at least 5 years of teaching experience, dedicated to delivering clear, engaging, and effective instruction to students. The instructor will conduct in\-person teaching sessions at our DHA location, aiming to enhance students’ language abilities through structured lessons and personalized support. This role does not involve managing a team but focuses on excellence in individual teaching and student engagement. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement structured Urdu language lessons tailored to students’ proficiency levels and learning goals. * Deliver engaging and clear in\-person instruction at the designated DHA location, ensuring active student participation and comprehension. * Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and conversational practice to provide constructive feedback. * Develop supplementary teaching materials, including worksheets and practice exercises, to reinforce language skills. * Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student questions and cultural understanding. * Adapt teaching methods to address individual student needs, learning styles, and challenges. * Stay updated with current language teaching techniques and integrate innovative approaches to enhance learning outcomes. * Communicate effectively with students regarding lesson plans, progress, and any areas requiring additional focus. * Uphold professional standards in teaching practices and maintain punctuality for all scheduled sessions. * Collaborate occasionally with academic coordinators to align lesson content with institutional goals and standards.
