**About Arrae** Arrae is a fast\-growing wellness brand specializing in 100% natural supplements formulated to address everyday health concerns. **About The Role** As we continue to grow at an accelerated pace, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part\-Time Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting with any inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they start browsing our site until they place their next order. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience, logging in and out daily for your scheduled shifts. This position requires flexibility as the priorities and business needs change. It is understood that no two days will be the same. **What You'll Do** * Handling incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or other high\-traffic channels. * Providing accurate information about our formulas, from assisting with product selection to routine recommendations, and general brand information. * Processing orders and returns promptly. * Resolving customer concerns (product\-related and logistical) with efficiency and professionalism. * Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records. * Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues. * Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. **Who You Are** * Minimum of two years of experience in a customer\-facing role. Preferably in the cosmetics or wellness industries. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once in a fast\-paced environment. * Customer\-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service * Capable of balancing empathy while maintaining company policy and decorum. * Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software (ex. Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer, Klaviyo, ReCharge, ShipBob, Capacity). **Important Information** * Your shifts are preassigned for Saturday and Sunday, Noon (EST) to 9 pm (EST). * Additional shifts may be required during peak periods across our website. * There is potential for the position to become Full\-Time if the candidate exceeds the role’s responsibilities. * This position is remote and open to individuals in the US and Canada who are comfortable with the assigned shifts. * The hourly pay rate is $28\-35 per hour (for US employees), dependent on the candidate's qualifications. **Why Join Arrae** Be part of a growing, mission\-driven brand in the wellness space.
