Part Time Apart Hotel Guest Services Manager (Overnight)

**Yonge Suites**, a leading extended stay furnished luxury suite property in Toronto's Financial District at The Eaton Centre is growing again! We are recruiting for a Part Time **Night Guest Services Manager** to represent our extended stay hotel through excellence in guest service by positively impacting guest's experiences. He/she is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the property by supporting the General Manager with all aspects of day\-to\-day operations specifically on the overnight shift. Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage the property overnight shift 10pm or 12 midnight to 7am with a focus on guest safety, security and service * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi\-task in a fast\-paced environment, * Self\-motivated with strong initiative, working with little supervision * Exemplary guest service to inhouse guests, with professionalism * Anticipate guest needs with forethought and provide concierge or business solutions as required, * Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and standards to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded, providing outstanding guest experiences throughout the guests' stay, * Some knowledge of basic repairs and maintenance, housekeeping, * Manage asset security and guest safety on the overnight shift, * Manage property condition, cleanliness and quality of product and service, * Neat, professional and well\-groomed at all times, * Must be available to work overnight, evenings and weekends, * Ability to make a minimum 1\-year commitment. Required Qualifications: * Previous experience in hotel or corporate apartment environment required,, * College graduate, Hotel or Property Management a definite asset, * Excellent command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal * Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
