Paralegal / Junior Lawyer

**Paralegal / Junior Lawyer \- Secondment Opportunties** We are looking to add several **paralegal and junior lawyers** to our team over the coming months, across multiple levels of seniority and across the GCC. As a Consultant at **RAYNE** , you will be seconded into client organisations, working as a true extension of their in\-house teams. Secondments vary in length and scope and may span different sectors and legal disciplines, while you remain fully supported by the RAYNE team throughout. Our model is built on trust, flexibility, and long\-term relationships with both our clients and our consultants. We are particularly interested in paralegals or lawyers with strong experience in commercial contracts and corporate matters, including: * Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (MSAs, framework agreements, services, SaaS, licensing, distribution, and supply) * Supporting corporate and governance matters, including maintaining records, preparing documentation, and assisting with day\-to\-day legal queries * Providing legal support on transactions, projects, and business initiatives alongside internal teams * Identifying potential risks, escalating issues where appropriate, and contributing to practical, business\-focused solutions * Working effectively in fast\-paced, in\-house environments with strong attention to detail **Successful candidates will:** * Be qualified lawyers (junior level) or experienced paralegals with relevant legal training * Typically have **1–4 years’ experience** (flexible depending on profile) * Have gained experience in private practice and/or in\-house environments * Be proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team * Enjoy working closely with the business and developing a strong commercial understanding **Why RAYNE?** * Access to high\-quality in\-house secondments with trusted clients * Exposure to different sectors, teams, and working environments * A consultancy built on relationships, transparency, and trust * Ongoing support before, during, and after each secondment * Adaptable and flexible working options that work for you If you are a paralegal or junior lawyer interested in a more flexible, relationship\-driven way of working without compromising on quality, we’d love to hear from you.
