Overseas Accountant

We are currently looking for an **Overseas Accountant** to support our international entities, with a clear development path toward a Country Finance Lead role. **Responsibilities:** * Handle accounting and monthly closing for overseas entities (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc.) * Prepare and analyze management reports * Manage VAT filings and ensure tax compliance * Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors * Support corporate maintenance, filings, and regulatory requirements * Participate in building and optimizing local finance processes and controls **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience in audit firms or accounting for overseas subsidiaries * Experience in shared service centers or large multinational groups preferred * Strong attention to detail, learning ability, and ownership mindset * Willingness to work internationally or relocate overseas * English proficiency required
