Job Description
**About the Role**
We are hiring a
**Sales Operations Specialist**
to manage the operational side of our sales and outreach process.
This role is responsible for keeping our pipeline clean, campaigns organized, follow\-ups on track, and no lead or opportunity missed. You will work directly with the founder and support outreach across PR collaborations, brand partnership campaigns, and service\-side sales efforts.
This is a hands\-on execution role for someone who is highly organized, process\-driven, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a lean, fast\-moving team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage CRM hygiene, pipeline updates, and lead organization
* Create and maintain company, contact, and opportunity records
* Track leads across multiple campaigns and keep records properly tagged
* Manage follow\-ups, task reminders, and next\-step ownership
* Coordinate campaign operations for email and LinkedIn outreach
* Route positive replies and qualified opportunities to the founder
* Schedule meetings and maintain accurate communication records
* Maintain clean reporting on outreach, replies, pipeline movement, and deal status
* Identify missed follow\-ups, duplicates, and process gaps before they become problems
* Help document and improve internal sales and campaign workflows
**Required Skills**
* 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, campaign operations, or a similar role
* Strong hands\-on experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
* Excellent organizational and follow\-up discipline
* Strong spreadsheet skills
* Clear written and verbal English communication
* Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing track
* Comfortable working closely with founders in a high\-accountability environment

* This is a full\-time role for someone who can fully commit during working hours. We are looking for a dependable operator who can be available, responsive, and consistent.
