Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage day\-to\-day restaurant operations
* Supervise and train staff (service, kitchen, barista team)
* Monitor **food cost, inventory, and stock control**
* Handle **P\&L reports and daily sales reports**
* Ensure high standards of customer service and hygiene
* Maintain vendor coordination and inventory ordering
* Achieve sales targets and control operational costs
**Requirements:**
* 3–6 years experience in restaurant/café management
* Knowledge of **P\&L, food cost, and inventory management**
* Strong team management and communication skills
* Experience in café or casual dining brands preferred
