Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day\-to\-day operations of our software house. This role focuses on improving team efficiency, managing internal processes, coordinating across departments, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
The Operations Manager will act as a bridge between leadership, project managers, HR, and administrative teams to ensure business operations run effectively without bottlenecks.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Operations \& Process Management**
* Oversee daily operations across development, design, and support teams
* Build and optimize internal workflows and SOPs for better efficiency
* Monitor overall company performance and identify areas for improvement
* Ensure smooth coordination between departments
**Team \& Project Coordination**
* Supervise Project Managers and ensure timely project delivery
* Track project progress, deadlines, and resource allocation
* Resolve operational issues and remove blockers for teams
* Maintain clear communication across teams
**HR \& Hiring Oversight**
* Work closely with HR Manager on hiring plans and team scaling
* Oversee onboarding processes and team structure planning
* Reduce founder involvement in hiring by taking ownership of execution
**Administrative Management**
* Supervise administrative tasks including office operations, attendance, and policies
* Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance
* Improve internal communication and reporting systems
**Performance \& Reporting**
* Set KPIs for teams and track performance metrics
* Provide regular reports to leadership on operations, hiring, and productivity
* Implement tools and systems to improve tracking and accountability
**Requirements**
* 3–7 years of experience in operations management (preferably in a software house or tech company)
* Strong understanding of software development workflows
* Experience managing teams, project coordination, and internal processes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills
* Ability to handle multiple departments simultaneously
