**Job Description – Operations Manager** **Gold Coins Club \& Resort, Electronic City, Bengaluru** Gold Coins Club \& Resort, a premium club and resort property located in Electronic City, Bengaluru, is seeking an experienced and highly responsible **Operations Manager** to oversee the complete day\-to\-day functioning of the resort, ensuring smooth operations across all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F\&B, Sports, Security, and Administration. The role requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to maintain **luxury hospitality service standards**. **Position Title:** Operations Manager**Location:** Gold Coins Club \& Resort, Electronic City, Bengaluru**Accommodation:** Sharing accommodation provided in a **semi\-furnished apartment owned by the Managing Director**, located within 100 meters from the resort (if required)**Meals:** Food provided at the resort on working days**Role Overview** The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the resort, supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, controlling expenses, and maintaining the property in excellent condition. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple departments and ensuring coordination between all teams. **Key ResponsibilitiesOverall Resort Operations** * Supervise daily operations of the club and resort. * Ensure all departments function smoothly and efficiently. * Maintain service standards comparable to luxury hotels and resorts. * Monitor staff performance and discipline. * Ensure guest satisfaction at all times. **Department Coordination** * Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F\&B, Sports, and Security. * Conduct daily staff briefings and duty allocation. * Ensure proper shift scheduling. * Resolve operational issues quickly. **Maintenance \& Facility Management** * Ensure proper upkeep of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pest control, and equipment. * Coordinate with vendors and technicians when required. * Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of entire property. * Ensure sports facilities, rooms, kitchen, and public areas are maintained. **Staff Management** * Recruit, train, and supervise staff. * Maintain attendance, discipline, and performance records. * Ensure proper grooming and behavior of employees. * Handle staff complaints and resolve issues. **Guest \& Member Handling** * Handle VIP guests and important members personally. * Resolve complaints professionally. * Ensure smooth check\-in / check\-out / bookings. * Maintain high hospitality standards. **Administration \& Reporting** * Maintain daily reports of operations. * Monitor expenses and control wastage. * Report to Managing Director regarding daily activities. * Assist in planning events, functions, and promotions. **Candidate Requirements** * Graduate required (Hotel Management preferred). * Minimum 3–7 years experience in hotel / resort / club operations. * Strong leadership and staff handling ability. * Good English communication (Hindi / Kannada advantage). * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reports, billing, etc.). * Ability to stay near the resort if required. **Perks \& Benefits** * Food provided at the resort. * Accommodation available in **semi\-furnished company apartment within 100 meters** (if required). * Responsible managerial position. * Long\-term growth opportunity. * Professional working environment. **Reporting To** Managing Director Gold Coins Club \& Resort Electronic City, Bengaluru Job Type: Full\-time Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Food provided Work Location: In person
