Operations Executive (Booking + ERP Flow Testing)

Job Title **Operations Executive (Booking, Trip \& ERP Testing)** Role Summary This role is responsible for managing  **booking entries, trip updates, and operational data**  while ensuring all workflows are properly captured in the ERP. The person will act as the  **core tester of the booking → trip → closure flow** . Key Responsibilities * Enter  **booking details**  (party, route, vehicle type, dates) * Update  **trip allocation**  (vehicle, driver) * Maintain  **trip status (upcoming / live / completed)** * **Record trip closure details** * **Update changes:** * **Cancellation** * Extension * Route changes * Coordinate with ground team for accurate data * Ensure all trips are  **closed properly in system** * **Identify missing steps or broken workflows** * **Support testing of:** * **Booking lifecycle** * Trip sheet flow * Allocation logic * End\-to\-end operations What We Need * Good coordination \& follow\-up skills * Strong data entry accuracy * Ability to understand operations flow * Comfortable using software daily Ideal Background * Transport / travel operations * Booking desk / logistics coordinator * Back\-office operations Location : Vijayanagar, Bengaluru
