Operation Theatre Registered Nurse - DHA

We are Hiring an Operating Room nurse who works within the sterile field of an operating room, directly assisting surgeons by managing instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and anticipating surgical needs. **Key Responsibilities include :** * **Sterile Field Maintenance:** Sterilizes the operating room, sets up sterile tables, and ensures all instruments are contamination\-free. * **Surgical Assistance:** Anticipates the surgeon's needs, passing instruments, sponges, and other items efficiently during the procedure. * **Safety Counts:** Conducts accurate, methodical counts of instruments, sponges, and sharps (needles) before, during, and after surgery to prevent retained foreign objects. * **Preparation:** Prepares the patient, equipment, and surgical site prior to the procedure. * **Team Collaboration:** Works closely with surgeons and circulating nurses to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized operation. * **Post\-Operative Care:** Assists with cleaning instruments and preparing the room for the next patient. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * DHA licensed Registered nurse * Minimum 2 to 3 yrs of experience in assisting Plastic surgery, Laparoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics with in UAE. * Immediately available to join is an added advantage
