Job Description
Primary job title (LinkedIn best\-performing): Operations Executive
A fast\-growing player in the Customer Experience \& Cloud Contact Center sector serving B2B clients across India. We deliver omnichannel support and telecom\-enabled services, focusing on operational excellence and measurable customer outcomes. This is an on\-site role based in India for entry\-level candidates ready to start a career in operations.
**Role \& Responsibilities**
* Execute daily operations tasks including accurate data entry, reconciliation and record maintenance across internal systems and spreadsheets.
* Manage CRM and ticketing queues—create, triage, route, escalate and close tickets to meet SLAs.
* Monitor operational KPIs and SLAs; prepare and distribute daily and weekly performance reports and dashboards.
* Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support and Billing teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth handoffs.
* Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles and process documentation to reduce turnaround times.
* Support quality checks, audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
