**Subjects We Are Hiring For**
* Mathematics
* Science

**Role Overview**
* Conduct
**1\-on\-1 live online sessions**
for international students from
**Year 1 to Year 12**
.
* Teach students following
**UK, Australian, US, and New Zealand curricula**
.
* Prepare and deliver engaging lessons for assigned topics.
* Create a
**supportive and interactive learning environment**
.
We will support teachers with
**curriculum guidance and topics**
, while the
**subject preparation and teaching approach**
will be owned by the educator.
**Eligibility Criteria**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
* **College students are also welcome**
if they have strong subject knowledge in any of the subjects listed above
* Prior
**EdTech teaching experience preferred**
* Strong communication and explanation skills
* Reliable
**internet connection and basic teaching setup**
**Availability Requirements**
* Minimum
**5 teaching hours per day**
* Ability to share
**40 teaching slots for the upcoming 15 days**
in advance
* Flexibility to align with international student schedules
**Selection Process**
**Round 1 – Group Discussion (Screening Round)**
* Screening test
* Introduction and interaction round
* Reading assessment
**Round 2 – Mock Demo**
* Prepare a
**presentation on one of the assigned topics**
* Deliver a short teaching demo to the interviewer
**Round 3 – Training**
* Onboarding and training on
**Super Sheldon teaching platforms and processes**
**Compensation \& Incentives**
* **Monthly earning potential between ₹30,000 and ₹50,000 inclusive of performance incentives**
**Note:**
This earning range is achievable for teachers who perform strongly during demo sessions. Teachers who demonstrate high teaching quality during demos are given opportunities to conduct more demos and sessions, which allows them to earn higher compared to other teachers.
