𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Handle inbound customer calls professionally. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical issues. Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through online services. Record customer interactions in CRM and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
