Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient office operations.
**Qualifications**
● Provide executive and administrative support to management, ensuring seamless coordination across teams
● Act as a key liaison between management and internal stakeholders for effective communication and follow\-ups
● Support front desk operations, ensuring professional handling of visitors, calls, and correspondence
● Manage executive floor operations, ensuring readiness, organization, and a high standard of presentation
● Coordinate meetings, schedules, and related arrangements
● Ensure a refined and professional experience for internal stakeholders and guests
● Maintain smooth day\-to\-day workflow through proactive coordination and support
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
● 2–4 years of experience in executive coordination, office administration, or similar roles
● Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well\-spoken and presentable
● Proactive, detail\-oriented, and highly responsive
● Proficiency in MS Office and standard administrative tools
