**Job Description**
An Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations and provides administrative support to management and staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage office correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls
* Prepare documents, reports, and basic records
* Maintain filing systems for company documents
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars
* Coordinate office activities and appointments
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
* Support HR tasks such as document collection and staff records
* Assist in preparing invoices, LPOs, and basic administrative forms
* Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
**Requirements**
* Diploma or bachelor degree in business administration or related field
* Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
* Good communication and organization skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
**Reporting To**
* Office Manager
