Petty Cash \& Basic Accounts Management * Maintain and record daily **petty cash transactions** * **Prepare expense reports** and ensure proper documentation * Handle basic bookkeeping (invoices, receipts, vouchers) * Coordinate with management/accountant for financial updates 2\. Quotation \& Documentation * Prepare **quotations, invoices, and purchase orders** * **Follow up with clients regarding approvals and revisions** * **Maintain proper record of all quotations and contracts** * **Ensure accuracy in pricing and documentation** 3\. Client Handling \& Office Front Desk * Attend incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally * Welcome and deal with walk\-in clients at the office * Coordinate meetings and maintain client records * Ensure excellent **customer service experience** 4\. Social Media \& Digital Presence * Manage company accounts on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. * Create and post **daily/weekly content** * **Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries** * **Assist in increasing followers and engagement** * **Coordinate with management for marketing campaigns** 5\. General Office Administration * Maintain office files, records, and documentation * Ensure smooth daily office operations * Coordinate with vendors and suppliers if needed * Support management in administrative tasks 6\. Reporting \& Coordination * Provide daily/weekly reports to management * Coordinate between different departments (operations, accounts, sales) * Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion Ideal Candidate Profile * Basic knowledge of **accounts \& MS Excel** * **Good communication and client dealing skills** * **Familiar with social media handling** * **Organized, responsible, and multitasking ability** * **1–3 years experience preferred (optional)**
