**Roles And Responsibilities** * Provide primary treatment to routine/emergency patient in absence of Doctor * Conduct various investigation (ECG, PFT, x\-ray, Audiometry \& anthropometric measurements)for medical monitoring as per schedule * Dispense the medicines as advised by doctor \& perform inventory management * Monitor various vital parameters of patient and impart treatment as advised by doctor * Provide training to employees and contract workers * Conduct checks of various hospital and ambulance equipment * Active participation in various health promotional activities * Bio\-waste management * Conduct disinfection / sterilization of medical equipment **Qualifications And Skills** * Proven experience in patient care management to ensure high\-quality healthcare delivery. (Mandatory skill) * Strong clinical knowledge necessary for all nursing activities effectively. (Mandatory skill) * Ability to manage emergency situations with a calm and organized approach. (Mandatory skill) * Experience in nursing home administration to facilitate smooth healthcare operations. * Competence in paramedics to support and enhance patient handling capabilities. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. * Attention to detail to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
