These engagements help inform medical decision‑making and improve patient outcomes globally. **Role Overview** We are inviting experienced **Registered Nurses** to join the Kyrios Global Community and participate in paid, short\-term research and advisory opportunities related to patient care, clinical workflows, and healthcare innovation. Participation is completely flexible and designed to complement your current nursing practice.   This is not a full‑time or employed position and does not require ongoing commitment. **What Participation Involves** Contributing clinical insights to nursing\-led research and healthcare studies. Participating in surveys, virtual focus groups, or clinical advisory discussions. Engaging remotely (online or via phone) at your convenience. Selecting opportunities that align specifically with your nursing specialty and schedule.   **Qualifications** Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active professional registration. Currently practicing in hospital\-based, community health, academic, or specialized clinical settings. Interest in nursing research, improving patient outcomes, or healthcare technology. **Compensation** Honoraria ranging from $50 to $500\+ per study, based on scope, format, and time commitment.
