No-Code Automation Specialist (Retool + Make.com)

**We are building Pak Procure —** a procurement intelligence platform for Lahore's restaurant sector. We show restaurant owners their real gross margin per dish against live mandi prices, process their supplier invoices automatically using AI, and send daily price alerts via WhatsApp. We are looking for a No\-Code Automation Specialist to build and own the operational layer of this platform. **THE ROLE** You will own everything that is not the core database and React portal. That means 5 Retool internal screens used daily by our field team and analyst, 4 Make.com automation workflows, Wati WhatsApp configuration, and Apify price scraping actors. This is not a setup\-and\-hand\-off role — you will maintain and iterate on these systems as the platform grows. **WHAT YOU WILL BUILD** **▸** 5 Retool screens — Price Dashboard (mobile\-first for field scouts), Restaurant Manager (mobile\-first for AMs), Session Prep screen, Invoice Processing queue with auto\-priority scoring, Recipe Manager **▸** Mobile\-optimised Retool forms — our Account Managers use Retool on their phones in restaurant kitchens. Every AM\-facing screen must work cleanly on a phone. This is a hard requirement, not a nice\-to\-have. **▸** 4 Make.com workflows — daily price alerts via WhatsApp, monthly leakage report batch, daily Apify price scraping trigger, daily recipe margin alerts **▸** Wati WhatsApp Business API — template message configuration, outbound message flows, webhook setup for inbound replies **▸** Apify actors — daily price scraping from 3 Pakistani wholesale sources, structured JSON output, deduplication logic **▸** Claude API (Anthropic) integration via Make.com — invoice photo processing, priority queue routing **WHAT YOU MUST HAVE** **▸** Retool in production — not just tutorials. You have built Retool applications used by real teams daily. Show us examples. **▸** Make.com — complex multi\-step scenarios with conditional logic, error handling, and webhook triggers. Not simple two\-step automations. **▸** Supabase as a data source — you can connect Retool and Make.com to Supabase, write queries, and understand how RLS affects what data is accessible **▸** API integrations — you have connected third\-party APIs in Make.com and know how to handle authentication, rate limits, and error states **GOOD TO HAVE** **▸** Wati or any WhatsApp Business API platform experience **▸** Apify or any web scraping platform experience **▸** Experience building tools for field teams or operations\-heavy businesses **▸** Understanding of Pakistani HORECA or retail sector **THE SETUP** **▸** Early\-stage startup — you will work directly with the founder **▸** Remote in Pakistan. Daily async communication. Weekly video calls. **▸** 2\-month MVP build. Ongoing engagement for V2 based on performance. **▸** Compensation discussed with shortlisted candidates. **ONE NON\-NEGOTIABLE** The Retool screens used by our Account Managers must work on a phone. If you have only built Retool for desktop users, this role will be challenging. If you have built Retool for field teams on mobile, you are exactly who we are looking for.
