With its proximity to cultural landmarks like Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, as well as premier shopping destinations such as High Street Kensington, Harrods, and Selfridges, the hotel positions itself as a hub for both business and leisure guests. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, for a Night Manager at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington. The Night Manager will oversee nightly operations, ensuring smooth management and delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and requests, resolving operational concerns, maintaining safety and security protocols, and preparing night audits and reports to ensure operational accuracy for the following day. The Night Manager will also act as the point of contact for any emergencies or issues arising during the night shift. **Qualifications** * Experience in Hotel Management, Night Operations, or a similar role, with an understanding of hospitality industry standards. * Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently. * Leadership and team management capabilities, including supervising staff and ensuring smooth nightly operations. * Proficiency in preparing night audits, financial reconciliation, and maintaining accurate operational reports. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols relevant for the hospitality industry. * Familiarity with property management systems and proficiency in using hotel software tools is a plus. * Flexibility to work night shifts and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
