**Job Title:** National Sales Manager – Paint \& Coatings
**Job Type:** Full\-Time \| Permanent

**About the Role**
We are looking for a driven and experienced **National Sales Manager** to lead our sales operations across the country. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the **paint and coatings industry** and a proven track record of building high\-performance sales teams and growing market share.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute the national sales strategy for decorative, industrial, projects, institutional and automotive paint product lines
* Lead, mentor, and manage a nationwide team of regional sales managers and representatives
* Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, key accounts, and distribution channels (retail, B2B, contractors, OEMs)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, paint contractors, architects, and specifiers
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics in the paint \& coatings sector
* Set and achieve annual sales targets, budgets, and KPIs
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on go\-to\-market strategies
* Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews for senior leadership
**Requirements**
* Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field (MBA preferred)
* Minimum **10–15 years of sales experience**, with at least **5–7 years in a senior/national sales role within the paint, coatings, or chemical industry**
* Deep understanding of paint product categories: decorative, protective, industrial, wood coatings, etc.
* Established network with distributors, dealers, and key accounts in the paint sector
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis
* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
